Delivering flexible training options to a vast network of BSH UK and Ireland resellers

BSH, Europe’s largest home appliance manufacturer, needed a single online training platform to support thousands of UK and Ireland resellers across very different channel types, brand needs, and privileged partner tiers. Working with Totara, BSH used Totara Learn to deliver flexible partner training that could scale to more than 25,000 learners while keeping the experience simple and relevant for each audience.

Totara implemented audience-based privileges, hidden categories, and customized dashboards to segment content for 24 separate audiences, alongside a mix of virtual classrooms, in-person events, self-paced e-learning, and resource libraries. Since launch, the BSH Academy has grown to more than 6,000 reseller user accounts across 1,000+ customer organizations and 4,000+ locations, with 44,000+ course enrolments and 500+ resource entries, helping BSH reach its dealer network more efficiently and effectively.
