Delivering a training platform that’s on the money for fintech company Bravura Solutions

Bravura Solutions needed to consolidate multiple training, simulation, and assessment processes into a single central learning platform for colleagues and clients. Having already used Totara Learn, Bravura chose Totara again as the basis for a company-wide LMS, with Totara partner Synergy Learning leading the upgrade and expansion.

Totara helped Bravura upgrade from Totara Learn 9.22 to Totara Learn 12, rebuild the theme, integrate with HR systems, and add single sign-on and self-service training access. The result was the Bravura Academy platform for 1,400 employees worldwide, with faster course rollout, reduced manual administration, centralized learning records, and stronger reporting for stakeholders.
