Curriculum Associates, a K–12 education technology company, needed a scalable way to deliver on-demand, self-paced professional learning for educators beyond traditional in-person training. They chose Totara LMS to support its flagship i-Ready platform, with the goal of integrating learning across multiple systems, personalizing content, and improving tracking and reporting for its growing educator base.

Totara implemented a flexible, fully integrated learning experience with SSO, deep links, audience-based content, and robust reporting, enabling educators to access role-specific and product-specific courses directly through i-Ready. The results included more than 50,000 course completions, over 11 million students supported, several thousand new users joining each month, and an i-Ready Net Promoter Score of 50, 10% higher than before the Totara integration.
