Crelan Group introduces a learning platform to manage learning and facilitate compliance with Totara Learn

Crelan Group, a Belgian retail banking cooperative, needed to unify learning after integrating AXA Bank and replacing two separate LMSs with a single platform. Working in a highly regulated sector, it also had to track mandatory FSMA compliance, learning hours, and certificates while supporting thousands of agents through a major migration. Totara Learn was chosen to modernize training management and improve the user experience.

Totara implemented a redesigned, branded platform with advanced catalog filters, automated certification, FSMA point tracking, and reporting, plus a custom Deloitte-built plugin for sequential training booking during the transition. The result was a smooth four-month migration for thousands of agents, uninterrupted business-as-usual training, and measurable impact including 75,360 course completions, 45,150 certificates issued, and more than 12,000 FSMA points earned.
