Corporater empowers employees, partners and customers with a scalable Totara Learn platform

Corporater, a Norway-based global software company, needed a scalable LMS to train employees, partners and customers on its complex Business Management Platform but had little eLearning experience and was starting from scratch. As a fast-growing organization with new offices and audiences worldwide, they required a single, structured solution that could deliver different content to different user groups and speed up onboarding.

Working with Totara partner Nosco, Corporater implemented Totara Learn as a flexible, branded platform supporting SCORM, video, slides and modular “building block” courses. After a pilot and four live modules the LMS now serves 150+ users, received strong positive feedback for ease of use and faster ramp-up, and has prompted management requests for badges and certifications — proving easy to expand as the company’s training needs grow.
