Clarion Housing Group Brings Learning and Performance Management Into a Single User-friendly Platform

Clarion Housing Group, formed in 2016 from the merger of two large associations, manages over 125,000 homes and is planning to build 50,000 more while supporting community regeneration and employment. After the merger their legacy LMSs couldn’t certificate learning, send reminders, or manage blended (online and face-to-face) training, so they needed a single, user-friendly platform to deliver mandatory training, track compliance and automate learner reminders.

Learning Nexus implemented the Totara Learn platform, delivering a scalable system plus curated and bespoke eLearning, automated reminder functionality and hands-on implementation support. The rollout was completed quickly with positive staff feedback, high eLearning uptake, smoother performance reviews and a consistent training offering that better meets audit and compliance requirements.
