Cito uses Totara Learn to consolidate its training materials for a stronger focus on learning

Cito, a Netherlands-based leader in testing and assessment since 1968, supports schools, governments and businesses with measurement and psychometric expertise. Although knowledge-driven, Cito’s culture of “be 100% sure” made it hard to accept the uncertainty that underpins everyday learning, so the organisation needed a way to bring learning into daily work and better organise internal learning processes.

Working with Totara partner Bright Alley, Cito implemented Totara Learn to centralise e-learning, enable social and collaborative learning, and integrate seamlessly with its Questify test software. The platform reduced time spent organising traditional training, made all learning content easy to find, supported blended learning and activity tracking, and strengthened a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
