Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust needed a modern learning platform to support rapid growth, expanding from around 3,500 to more than 7,000 staff across a wider range of services, while its education team stayed the same size. Totara implemented and customized Totara Learn as the Trust’s LDZ learning platform, adding features such as role-based learning, competency quizzes, supervision tracking, CPD funding, and digital forms. Since adopting Totara, CNWL has consistently achieved a 95% compliance rate for Information Governance training and a 94% pass rate in Statutory and Mandatory Compliance training, while also improving learner experience and reducing admin time.
