Cegid Ekon, a provider of cloud-based business management and ERP solutions in Spain and Portugal, needed to move from in-person training to a more scalable e-learning model. The company wanted to reduce logistical and administrative costs, reach customers, employees, and partners more effectively, and lower support incidents. It selected Totara, including Totara Engage, to power its Virtual Campus and embed learning more closely into the ERP experience.

Totara delivered a fully integrated Virtual Campus with training plans, courses, tests, certifications, and contextual help directly within the ERP. This created greater user autonomy and a more dynamic learning experience, with more than 800 articles published and over 2,000 active users. The results included a 15% annual reduction in customer incidents in the first two years, strong adoption in Spain and Portugal, and training becoming a clear commercial advantage for Cegid Ekon.
