A Totara Case Study

Catalys Conseil creates a consistent, cohesive learning experience for jobseekers

Catalys Conseil, a Brittany-based career management organisation founded in 1989, supports jobseekers and employees in career change and skills development. They faced an inefficient, paper-based one-to-one coaching model and needed a way to streamline administration, strengthen coach–client relationships, and give learners clearer guidance on skill development.

Working with Totara partner E‑learning Touch, Catalys Conseil implemented a Totara Learn LMS using learning plans, competencies, hierarchies and reporting to personalise access, track progress and keep coaches focused on their own clients. The result is a single virtual centre delivering consistent, cohesive services — over 100 courses are live, an initial pilot with 15 counsellors and 50 clients was successful, and the platform’s customisable, scalable design lets them add features (like virtual classrooms) as needed.
