The Buenos Aires Tourism Office partnered with Kineo to train travel agencies worldwide to better promote the city’s hotels, landmarks and cultural experiences to millions of visitors. They needed a flexible, multilingual, time-zone–friendly LMS that could showcase the city’s offerings while providing segmented reporting by agency location and learner progress.
Kineo delivered a Totara Learn platform with six interactive, multi-device modules in Spanish, English and Portuguese, badge-based certification (BA Expert), customizable location and completion reports, and a live news/events feed. The program exceeded expectations, became a daily reference for partner agents and has engaged learners from 21 countries.
