Bronkhorst Gives Employees And Managers Alike A Clearer Overview Of Its Training Offering

Bronkhorst, a Netherlands-based maker of flow measurement and control instruments, faced an ad hoc internal training process maintained in separate Excel lists, with no clear workflows, limited visibility for managers and no connection to overseas sales offices. The company also needed multilingual support and a way to offer digital learning and automate administration (for example, invitations and enrolments), so they began searching for a suitable learning platform.

After commissioning an internal review and evaluating vendors at a trade show, Bronkhorst selected Totara Learn with implementation support from The Courseware Company. The Learning Centre went live in spring 2018 and was implemented in under six months; it delivers company-wide access to courses, manager oversight of enrolments and staff progress, and automated processes. Employees have embraced online and blended learning, the team is producing more e‑learning with Articulate Storyline, and Bronkhorst is now planning multilingual rollout, customer access and broader use of the LMS for knowledge sharing and marketing.
