BARDOC, a social enterprise providing out-of-hours GP and dental services across Bury, Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale and Bolton, faced a high-stakes Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection on short notice and needed a more robust way to demonstrate staff training compliance than their single spreadsheet of records.

Chambury Learning Solutions built a branded Totara Learn platform in three weeks, importing legacy data, creating certifications and SCORM modules, and adding colour-coded compliance reports for managers. The quick rollout gave BARDOC clear evidence of compliance and they passed the CQC inspection; next steps include adding appraisal forms and nursing revalidation features.
