Banco Patagonia, a 90+ year Argentine bank serving thousands of customers, tasked its L&D team with modernizing training for more than 3,000 colleagues across branches and HQ. The main challenge was finding a flexible LMS that could integrate dynamically with the bank’s HR system to migrate and manage thousands of user records while providing long‑term support and cross‑department coordination.
Kineo implemented a tailored Totara Learn platform with an intuitive interface, SAML2 SSO, a custom HR Sync script, bespoke user fields and reporting, and tools like Register of Previous Learning and External Learning Evidence to handle sensitive data migration. The record‑breaking launch migrated 3,300 users, 29,629 completed course records and 168 courses, automated day‑to‑day tasks and reporting, and freed L&D to focus on designing smarter training strategies.
