Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is a global leader in evaporative and hybrid cooling and ice thermal storage solutions. Their sales and marketing training had relied on face-to-face coaching, classroom sessions and printed materials across multiple systems, making learning hard to manage and monitor. In 2016 BAC sought a single, flexible and scalable LMS to support the BAC Academy and grow with the company’s future needs.

After a year-long review Innovate Solutions recommended and implemented Totara Learn, joining Totara’s partner network to deliver a tailored platform with organizational hierarchies, targeted programs and streamlined reporting. Innovate converted BAC SMEs’ PowerPoints into Articulate e-courses with professional voiceovers, enabling faster content rollout; the LMS launched in September 2017 for 85 users and has expanded globally. Learners praised the intuitive, branded interface and structured programmes, while administrators and managers valued robust reporting and coaching tools, making the system a successful, future-proof solution.
