Auping, the Dutch bed and mattress company with nearly 600 stores and franchises in over 25 countries, needed a multilingual, user-friendly learning platform to help advisors build product knowledge, ergonomic advice, and communication skills. With its previous LMS contract ending soon, Auping turned to Totara Learn to quickly replace the system and make training more engaging and easier to manage.

Totara implemented a customized Totara Learn solution with blended learning support, branded design, dashboards, audiences, and simple course navigation. Working with Totara partner The Courseware Company, Auping went live in just five weeks. The results were strong: active users grew from 615 to 1,600 in three years, 300 stores and franchises were actively using the platform, and the academy delivered 65 product-specific courses with 7,067 completions.
