Atalian Servest, a large UK-based facilities management company serving 55,000 employees across Europe and South Africa, faced a major training challenge: traditional face-to-face learning couldn’t scale for its international workforce. Leadership set out to create an accessible, adaptable and measurable online induction and development platform—Servest Street—to deliver mandatory compliance training, career development and micro-learning at scale.
Working with Learning Pool, Atalian Servest launched Servest Street on Totara Learn with Adapt authoring, offering 150+ short courses in 23 languages and AA-accessible, mobile-friendly content with full tracking and reporting. In the first six months learners completed 5,383 courses and watched over 2,000 videos, delivering an estimated £161,000 in training savings, enabling ISO 27001 evidence, 100% remote induction coverage, and reinvestment into L&D including a full-time digital content developer.
