Arkadin Introduces Blended Learning for a 78% Achievement Level for Individual Learning Requirements

Arkadin, part of NTT Communications Group, is a global provider of unified communications and collaboration services with offices in over 30 countries. Facing a limited Moodle-based LMS that didn’t integrate with its HR system or support single sign-on, mobile access, or clear visual progress tracking, Arkadin needed a more intuitive platform to scale training across its growing, distributed workforce.

Working with Learning Pool to implement Totara Learn (launched June 2016), Arkadin created the Arkadin Learning Hub with HR integration, SSO, mobile-friendly access, individual dashboards, learning paths and a gamified “belt” ranking. The blended-learning platform now serves over 1,200 users with nearly 300 courses, has delivered about 10,600 course completions, enables automatic bi-annual targets and 24/7 help desk support, and has achieved a 78% completion rate for individual learning requirements.
