Argenta fuels proactive learning with their intuitive, centralized LMS

Argenta, Belgium’s fifth-largest banking institution by customer deposits, needed a future-proof learning platform to replace its outdated, heavily customized Totara Learn 2.7 LMS, which was no longer GDPR compliant and difficult to upgrade. The company wanted a centralized, adaptable system that could integrate with other tools and support learning for both head office staff and branch employees.

Working with Totara partner Deloitte, Argenta upgraded to Totara 13 and launched its new LMS, Watson. Totara helped eliminate customizations from 180 to zero, improved user experience with gamification and a modern interface, and centralized content for easier access; employees now proactively browse and register for courses, while the organization also uses Totara reporting to track usage and completion more effectively.
