Amfori Simplifies its Blended Learning Management with Totara Learn

amfori is a global association representing retailers, brands and importers that promotes sustainable supply chains through training and monitoring. Facing 1,900 members and connections to some 41,000 factories and producers, amfori needed a scalable, multilingual learning solution that avoided duplicate outreach to factories linked to multiple members, gave each member clear visibility of their producers’ progress, and enabled measurement of training impact across diverse audiences and education levels.

Neo built the amfori Academy on Totara Learn, mapping and integrating amfori’s complex supply‑chain hierarchy, enforcing member-specific data access, and adding a tailored reporting module and automated “flexible audiences” for rights, certificates and programs. An auditor certification program was later added. The platform consolidated workshops, webinars, videos, quizzes and document sharing into one user-friendly environment, enabled certificate issuance and feedback, and supported over 300 face‑to‑face sessions in the past year while improving tracking and management of learning outcomes.
