ALLPLAN Learn Now Building a Global Learning Hub for the AEC Industry

ALLPLAN, a global provider of BIM solutions for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, needed a modern, multilingual learning hub to help customers, prospects, and students use its software effectively. The company also wanted region-specific content, better integration with internal systems like Salesforce and Connect, and tiered access rights to support a premium upselling strategy. Totara Learn and Totara Engage were used to build the platform.

Totara implemented ALLPLAN Learn Now in phases, adding single sign-on, data sync, multi-tenancy, audience targeting, SOLR-powered search, and embedded learning resources tailored to local languages and product needs. The result is a platform serving 11,000+ registered users across 50+ countries, with 130+ courses and 4,300+ how-to resources in 8 languages. Totara helped ALLPLAN improve product adoption, support upselling, and create a fully compliant learning ecosystem aligned with GDPR and CCPA.
