Barr, the FTSE250 UK soft-drinks manufacturer with 900+ employees, used Totara Learn to deliver scalable, on-demand learning but found their content structure and tracking needed revisiting to support new projects, reporting requirements and an expanding catalogue while remaining easy to find and use for all employees.

Working with Platinum Partner Learning Pool, they remapped and restructured content, redesigned targeted dashboards, rolled out internal marketing and added gamification (open badges, leaderboards), a single‑click visual analytics dashboard and bespoke plugins. The relaunch drove unprecedented logins and course use—including from non-desk staff—cut reporting time, increased manager buy‑in and engagement, and streamlined delivery of learning across the business.
