Case Study: Accept delivers multi-customer, user-friendly LMS and drives client adoption with Totara Learn

A Totara Case Study

Preview of the Accept Case Study

Accept uses Totara Learn to deliver learning to multiple customer audiences simultaneously

Accept is a Sweden‑based learning provider founded in 1994 that designs leadership and sales training for global organisations and has trained over 20,000 managers and salespeople across Europe. Their challenge was that many clients still rely on HR systems rather than an LMS, so Accept needed a way to deliver and manage training centrally for multiple customer audiences while keeping content secure and easy to access for users unfamiliar with learning platforms.

Using Totara Learn, configured by Xtractor, Accept set up each customer as a separate audience with branded login screens, simple navigation and streamlined registration so administrators can add users, distribute e‑learning, virtual classrooms, webcasts and resources with minimal effort. The platform now hosts about 1,000 users (250 active across 10–15 clients), has convinced at least one major client (Kia) to move to its own Totara instance, and has strengthened a productive partnership between Accept and Xtractor.
