ABN AMRO builds a single, centralized learning platform for easier training

ABN AMRO, one of the Netherlands’ leading banks, needed to simplify a complex learning environment for its 19,000+ employees by moving from multiple separate platforms to a single, centralized solution. The bank wanted to improve search, training access, and compliance oversight across its global workforce, and chose Totara Learning, with Bloomville as the implementation partner.

Totara helped ABN AMRO launch “MyLearning,” a unified learning platform with a single front end, centralized catalog, audience-based portals, and real-time compliance tracking. The result was a more user-friendly experience with around 7,000 active courses, 25,000 users, and more than 184,000 registrations in the first seven months after go-live, plus over 450 active certifications monitored in Totara.
