A Scalable LMS for a Growing Organisation - the story of Lifeworx

Lifeworx Group, through its Finsiders business, needed a scalable learning management system to support a growing network of subsidiaries and a larger training demand. The organization wanted a platform that could integrate seamlessly with its website, preserve each subsidiary’s branding in a multi-tenant setup, and provide employees with clearer career development insights. Totara Learn and Totara Learn Professional were used to help meet these needs.

Totara implemented a phased solution that connected the LMS to Lifeworx Group’s website, enabled access to more than 300 courses, and supported multiple tenants for different sub-organizations. Totara Perform was later added to track competencies and goals, improving career development planning. The result was a more scalable and flexible learning ecosystem, with over 1,000 course completions each year, better learner engagement, and a stronger foundation for future growth.
