Your Housing Group, a large housing provider with over 28,000 homes, needed to protect its diverse workforce of more than 700 lone operating employees. They partnered with Totalmobile to implement the Totalmobile Protect solution to ensure staff safety across various roles and regions, some with poor mobile network coverage.

Totalmobile provided a dual solution using SOS Fobs with multi-network SIMs and the Protect App on smartphones. This gave workers immediate access to emergency alerts and virtual support from an Alarm Receiving Centre. The implementation was completed within weeks and was well-received, with staff using it both for genuine emergencies and as a virtual buddy. Totalmobile's solution successfully improved lone worker safety and provided management with flexible tools for active oversight.
