Total Synergy's cloud-based platform provided a multi-office feature that allowed BSE to easily segment and analyze business data by office and discipline. The solution eliminated the need for physical servers, enabling all staff to work securely from anywhere at any time. This shift, fortuitously completed just before the COVID-19 pandemic, provided critical business continuity and operational flexibility. The vendor's platform also allowed BSE to add a new acoustics discipline in just ten minutes, dramatically speeding up expansion and supporting future growth without hardware constraints.
