Hart Design & Manufacturing, a 45-employee designer and builder of cheese processing and packaging equipment in Green Bay, WI, was struggling with fragmented data entry across an Access database and multiple Excel spreadsheets, which caused duplicate entries, errors, and wasted staff time. Because their engineers use SolidWorks, they needed an ERP that would integrate with CAD — Hart selected Total ETO and its ERP solution for its SolidWorks integration and ETO-focused functionality.

Total ETO was implemented in March 2013 to provide a single, one-touchpoint database that eliminated double entry and clerical mistakes, while offering true SolidWorks 3D CAD integration and dynamic BOM management.
