Edgewater Automation, a designer and builder of custom automation equipment in St. Joseph, MI and Spartanburg, SC, needed better tracking and integration with its accounting and purchasing systems to capture committed costs and tie into time tracking. Since adopting Total ETO in 2006, Edgewater Automation has grown from about 40 to over 100 employees across four locations, improved quoting accuracy and project management, and gained real‑time visibility into costs and purchasing that supports better supplier selection and higher margins.
