Eagle Technologies Group, a Bridgman, MI manufacturer of robotics and material handling systems, faced limited company-wide visibility and inefficient engineer-to-order processes. Engineers were building BOMs in Excel and reluctant to release incomplete lists, purchasing and accounting were the only departments with system access, and accounting manually entered hundreds of time sheets. Eagle selected Total ETO’s engineer-to-order/ERP solution, with SolidWorks integration, to address these issues.

Total ETO implemented its automation software to link BOMs, purchasing and SolidWorks and to give all staff access and self-service time entry. The system created real-time project visibility, allowed partial BOM releases so purchasing could act quickly, and removed manual time‑sheet data entry—saving Eagle Technologies Group over 830 accounting hours per year—and supported rapid growth (doubling the organization to ~250 employees).
