Tosca implemented its reusable plastic containers (RPCs), which provide durable, vented packaging that maintains structural integrity in cold environments. This solution improved product freezing times and operational flow. As a result, Ollie significantly reduced packaging waste, with Tosca noting the savings are equivalent to 9,210 trees no longer needed for corrugated material production.
