Bravo Supermarket cuts reverse logistics pallets by 80% with Tosca

Bravo Supermarket, a leading supermarket chain in the Dominican Republic, faced operational challenges due to its use of non-foldable, rigid plastic crates. These crates caused significant in-store space constraints and logistical inefficiencies, which hindered the chain's ambitious growth plans. To address this, Bravo partnered with vendor Tosca to find a sustainable solution, specifically selecting their ½ display bin 77 for its practicality.

Tosca implemented its innovative, foldable, reusable plastic packaging, including various crates and dollies. This solution from Tosca optimized space dramatically; in reverse logistics, the foldable crates allowed 250 units to fit on a single pallet, leading to an 80% reduction in pallet usage. This resulted in substantial cost savings, increased sustainability, and streamlined operations throughout Bravo's supply chain.
