Twitch drives growth of new managers and high potential employees with leadership coaching and mentoring

Twitch, the leading gaming and content streaming platform with over 2,000 employees, needed scalable virtual development for new managers and high-potential leaders after rapid growth and the shift to remote work during COVID-19. To streamline coach matching, scheduling, communication and progress tracking, Twitch selected the Torch.io leadership coaching platform to replace fragmented, in-person training with a single integrated solution.

Using Torch.io, Twitch launched two programs—Manager Foundations and High Performing Leaders—combining a comprehensive 360 review with at least eight weeks of coaching, then offering continued coaching via departmental budgets; they also began rolling out a mentorship program. The Torch.io partnership has trained over 400 leaders since April 2018, achieves a Coach NPS of 79, sees 30% of participants request ongoing coaching, and supports monthly scalable program launches.
