Turner and Townsend delivers mentorship at scale with Torch

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, needed to scale mentorship and development as its North America headcount expanded rapidly. To meet employees’ requests for more mentoring without the cost and capacity limits of traditional executive coaching, Turner & Townsend partnered with Torch.io and adopted Torch.io’s mentoring platform.

Torch.io provided access to a 6,000+ mentor community, supported a pilot cohort of 18 employees, and helped implement a self‑signup landing page and survey feedback loop. The Torch.io solution proved more cost‑effective than executive coaching, produced high participant satisfaction in platform surveys, and enabled Turner & Townsend to run regular cohorts since 2016—growing mentoring participation and giving employees a stronger sense that the company is investing in their development.
