RMS delivers manager training and better performance reviews

Risk Management Solutions(RMS) faced a leadership and culture reset after a new CEO joined in 2018: the company needed to realign around values like transparency, empowerment and accountability, break down silos, and upskill managers to deliver higher-quality performance reviews. RMS engaged Torch.io to provide customized leadership training, experiential workshops, and targeted coaching to operationalize those values and improve performance management.

Torch.io developed a tailored curriculum of 2-day leadership workshops and multi-session coaching, training 125 leaders in cohort workshops, delivering 4-hour “How to Give and Receive Feedback” sessions to 250+ people managers worldwide in two weeks, and providing three coaching sessions to 59 opt-in managers (with continued coaching for select senior leaders). As a result, participants reported greater self-awareness, concrete tools to create growth plans and deliver candid feedback, and positive client feedback on facilitator quality and practical role-play outcomes—demonstrating measurable reach and behavior-change impact driven by Torch.io.
