Atida, a European ePharmacy serving over 4 million customers across nine countries, wanted to move beyond fixed-price banner ads and manual setup to build a scalable retail media business. It partnered with Topsort to launch a user-friendly, cookie-free sponsored products solution that would give vendors dynamic ads, optimization, and reporting.
With Topsort’s Retail Media All-in-One platform, Atida rolled out Sponsored Listings and auto-bidding, starting in France with 60 vendors. The result was strong early performance: in six months, vendors spent more than $170,000 on ads and generated over $800,000 in revenue, with the overall ad business reaching $2.6M in ad revenue, 5x ROAS, and 100+ active vendors.
