The customer, SOMEFLU, a French manufacturer of anti-corrosive plastic centrifugal pumps, needed a complete digital chain to manage its custom, high-value production from design to manufacturing. The company sought to replace its existing CAM software with an integrated CAD/CAM solution from vendor TopSolid to handle complex parts and prepare for its "factory of the future" initiative.
