The customer, Panasonic, faced significant challenges with design efficiency and soaring mold base costs within its Network Business Group. In response to a 70% reduction in staff and annual mold base expenses exceeding 4 billion yen, the team sought a new 3D CAD system to revolutionize their design and manufacturing collaboration.
