To solve this, the company deployed a battery of tools based on the TopSolid CAD/CAM software from Missler Software.
The TopSolid solution created a genuine digital chain, automating processes from order configuration to manufacturing. This significantly shortened production cycles, improved quality, and allowed for extensive product personalization. The implementation supported lean manufacturing principles, enabling quasi-autonomous machining and helping La Toulousaine fulfill orders to very tight deadlines while managing a high volume of daily quotes.
