Towers Property Management, an Orlando-based firm founded in 2008 that manages 20 associations (about 3,000 homes), wanted to deliver hands-on, professional service at an affordable price. The company needed scalable, industry-specific accounting, faster and more accurate on-site inspections, and more efficient marketing than traditional methods.

Towers implemented TOPS Professional for accounting and automation, added TOPS Go! for mobile inspections, and shifted to targeted social media marketing.
