Alliant Property Management is a Southwest Florida homeowner and condominium association manager serving Fort Myers, Naples and Charlotte County. After purchasing a small firm in 2005 that managed eight associations, leadership sought to bring accounting in-house and adopt association-specific tools to scale operations while preserving a hands-on, service-oriented approach — a necessity for managing a rapidly growing owner base and complex tasks like CC&R enforcement, work orders and owner communications.
Alliant implemented TOPS Professional and the TOPS Go! mobile app, adding modules such as iMail, SouthData integration and the Fact Sheet to streamline workflows and on-site work. The result was dramatically improved efficiency (about 80% faster operations), 20–30% savings in postage/paper, reduced mailroom labor, faster owner responses and the ability to grow to 160 associations (25,000 units) and win large accounts — making the technology a core competitive advantage.
