Topgrading helped Roundy’s implement its full hiring and talent assessment process across the company, including workshops for leaders, scorecards for store directors, and abbreviated hiring methods for entry-level employees. The results included an increase in A Player store managers hired from 20% to 80%, 100% of executives replaced with A Players, and average customer service ratings of 95% for entry-level employees, contributing to stronger store results and record sales.
