Swiss Furniture Manufacturer Vitra Deploys eFLOW for Transparent and Efficient Invoice Processing

Vitra, the Swiss furniture manufacturer, needed to streamline a highly manual invoice process for roughly 75,000 invoices a year that were being routed between locations in Germany and Switzerland. To improve turnaround times, reduce manual sorting, and gain better process transparency, Vitra selected Top Image Systems (TIS) and its eFLOW invoice processing solution.

Top Image Systems implemented eFLOW AP to scan incoming invoices, recognize key invoice data, match it to SAP master and transaction records, and start the SAP approval workflow automatically. The result was significantly higher automation in the SAP environment, faster processing, greater transparency, and a considerable reduction in costs, with the scalable system positioned to support Vitra’s future growth.
