Pirelli Gains Newfound Transparency and Visibility into Invoice Processing with eflow® AP

Pirelli, a global leader in the automotive tire industry, faced challenges with its obsolete accounts payable automation system. The previous solution lacked visibility into process performance and was hampered by inadequate local support from the provider. Pirelli needed a new multi-channel solution that could handle various invoice types and provide greater transparency, leading them to seek a replacement from Top Image Systems.

Top Image Systems implemented its eFLOW Invoice for SAP solution, which provided Pirelli with a fully integrated dashboard for complete visibility into the AP process. The result was newfound transparency, allowing managers to monitor document flow in real-time and identify bottlenecks. The seamless integration presented a unified user experience within SAP. The rollout is phased, with five business units already processing 20,000 invoices monthly and a final target of 400,000 invoices annually across multiple European countries.
