CNH Optimizes Invoice Processing with TIS eFLOW

CNH America LLC, a major global manufacturer of agricultural and construction equipment, needed to streamline a heavily manual accounts payable operation across nine plants. The company was processing 53,000 printed invoices and 11,000 EDIs per month with 15 AP clerks, and was facing slow, error-prone data entry, late payments, missed early-payment discounts, and poor visibility into invoice status. CNH turned to Top Image Systems and its eFLOW solution to improve efficiency and control.

Top Image Systems implemented eFLOW on a hosted SAP-based platform to automate invoice capture, validation, matching, and posting for both paper and electronic invoices, while also improving duplicate detection, EDI error handling, and invoice visibility. The result was end-to-end AP automation on a single platform, with 80% of invoices posted automatically, 70% field recognition, faster processing, reduced manual labor and late-payment costs, and improved visibility into payment cycles and workloads.
