Bank Processes Gain Momentum with eFLOW

Raiffeisen Banking Group Styria, part of the Raiffeisen Bank International network, needed to optimize its invoice processing to be more cost-effective and transparent while ensuring regulatory compliance. They selected Top Image Systems (TIS) and its eFLOW platform after a rigorous tender process, as it best met their requirements for integration with SAP and process automation.

Top Image Systems implemented its eFLOW Invoice for SAP solution to automatically capture and validate data from incoming invoices, streamlining the approval workflow. This resulted in significant efficiency gains and process transparency across more than 50 competence centers. Following this success, TIS also deployed a solution to digitize the bank's obsolete microfiche archive, reducing data capture time to just 3 seconds per fiche and eliminating the need for an 8-person team and cold storage, leading to daily cost savings and faster customer response times.
