JVL, an online jewelry retailer specializing in wedding bands, faced difficulty differentiating many similar products and giving shoppers a personal, in-store–like experience. As a result, JVL saw a 7% increase in sales, a 29% reduction in customer support costs, reduced cart abandonment, and higher on-site engagement and time—demonstrating Toonimo’s measurable impact on conversions and support efficiency.
