Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin faced growing user-volume and low engagement as patients and families struggled to find doctors, locations, and complete online tasks — creating pressure on customer support. Toonimo was brought in to address this with its SaaS digital walkthrough platform, using audio-visual, interactive coach marks and trigger buttons to guide visitors through specific conversion funnels and reduce support workload.
Toonimo implemented on-site and multipage walkthroughs and provided an editor the hospital used to build backend training/onboarding tours. The results included a 40% increase in website engagement, positive feedback from 79% of ~152,000 visitors, a 60% backend walkthrough completion rate (vs. 50%), 80% positive employee response, and reduced customer support costs — outcomes that led the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin to sign a long-term contract with Toonimo.
