ToolsGroup, through Evo Markdown.io, implemented a responsive, per-item markdown strategy that used historical sales data, market and competitor data, inventory levels, price elasticity, and markdown history to recommend pricing by store. Within the first season, PittaRosso increased sell-through by 14.3%, reduced previous season overstock by 21.4%, sold 4.1 million more units, and achieved €4.2 million in margin growth.
