Nordic Food Company, a leading frozen-food and grocery supplier in the Nordics, faced the common food-manufacturing challenge of balancing high customer availability with capital tied up in inventory—often relying on inflated safety stocks to hit service targets. ToolsGroup’s SO99+ was piloted and went live within four months, then moved on premise; the solution shifted planning from a one-size-fits-all approach to SKU- and channel-specific forecasts with monthly safety-stock updates.
